The company we picked up the trailer from was outstanding in helping us with everything we needed. This was our first experience traveling with any type of RV/Travel Trailer and the experience was just mediocre, the travel trailer was too small, although it was at or close to the max my truck could pull. The bed was claimed to be a Queen however it was closer to a full size, I think it was memory foam, ok to lay down on for about 10 minutes after that unbearable and too hard to really sleep on get any real sleep. The air-conditioning was adequate but very loud. The bathroom situation was definitely NOT what we expected and will compensate for the smells with some type of oder eaters. Other than that it was a learning experience. Next time we will be going up to an RV (much larger than 22 ft long) and pulling our vehicle behind us. Another thing we learned is that if we will be going to a set place, we will start out with minimum food stuffs and and pick up more at or on the way to our destination.

This was my family’s first time in an RV. The pickup and drop off process went smoothly, communication with the owner was efficient and the RV was clean and in good working condition. Overall it was a great trip!

We enjoyed a pleasant weekend with our two young children in this clean and convenient camper. The hosts were very responsive and the pickup and drop off were very smooth. There are a few cosmetic signs of wear. The kitchen supplies are very limited, so future renters should clarify what is supplied.

We rented a camper and paid extra for it to be completely set up upon arrival. There were no instructions upon arrival, and we were told that we would "just figure it out" by the owners. The hoses weren't hooked up correctly, so the kitchen sink backed up. When we turned the water on, the hose was leaking badly at the connection, so we had to find a gasket at the campground and replace it in order to use the water. The bedroom door wouldn't close, and the bathroom door kept falling off the tracks. The worst part was that our heat didn't work at all, and it was in the 30s outside at night. The owners were responsive and actually came out to drain the kitchen sink. What I didn't appreciate is how they both talked down to me, like I am some dumb female that had never lived in an RV before. I rented the RV and got it setup to specifically not have to deal with fixing things and troubleshooting. I didn't like how I was treated and spoken to. The owners have 40 campers, and they told me to give them grace. However, if this is your full time business, it is not up to your customers to give you grace when things aren't right just because you cannot manage what you have.

RV was nice, while the main bed was comfortable, upgraded mattress pads for the extra beds and foldout couch would have been nice additions. Communication and service were great.
