As a first time Outdoorsy renter we really didn’t know what to expect but to my surprise the whole process was very simple and seamless from end-to-end. Corey especially made it an enjoyable personal experience that was stress free, very comfortable and easy.Upon submitting my reservation, Corey immediately reached out to inform me to complete driver verification and was in constant communications prior to, during and to the end of our trip. Corey was very flexible in the pickup and drop off times in order to meet my schedule with no hassle or additional charges. Corey even allowed us to see the vehicle the day before pickup and walked us through instructions on how to leverage the RV. We asked a ton of questions and whenever we were in doubt during the trip we texted immediately no matter time or day. Corey made his personal time available to us and we are greatly appreciative of that. Upon pickup of the vehicle Corey pulled the RV out of the driveway to make the start of our trip stress free. He even gave us a great tip to download an app called CoPilot GPS which we used the entire trip to avoid any RV roads that were to narrow or bridges that were too low. Thanks Corey! Corey made renting during COVID-19 safe as well, upon pickup the RV was cleaned top to bottom, he greeted us with a mask on and didn’t enter the vehicle as we did our walkthrough as to not contaminate the living space. Corey has all paperwork ready the day of pickup so that we could get an early start on our trip. I can’t thank him enough for being so flexible on pickup and drop off times.In terms of the RV, we were not quite sure about the age of the RV and condition being a 2012 but again Corey kept the RV immaculate and in top working order. The RV looked barely used and everything from the kitchen sink, stove, table to the bedroom and the bathroom was very clean and kept in great condition. This RV has tons of cabinet and storage compartments. We stuffed the shelves with food and filled the fridge for our week long trip and did not have to even stop once for groceries. We had 4 adults and 2 children (3 mos and 2 years old) and the RV was more than enough space than we knew what to do with. The RV also has sufficient straps for baby carriers and car seats. We drove up from Maryland to Connecticut, Vermont and New Hampshire and the Ford engine was a beast on the road. Handled up and down hills and winding roads very smoothly. Septic, water and electric were a cinch after Corey’s wonderful teaching lessons. We did not plan to use any of the 3 TVs that were in working order but when we got to the campsite there was satellite cable and connection was a cinch. Corey also had nice kids and family movies that were available for my 2 year old.All-in-all, the trip was wonderful and Corey made renting simple and easy. We can’t wait to rent again from Corey.
