Derek was wonderful and so accommodating. He tried his best to help with what he could. The camper was not up to par, and we felt cheated a bit with the amount we spent on the trip. Several things did not work on the camper (AC, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Vents broken, window shades, broken stabilizers, Canopy torn and unusable) and yet we were only offered free generator power; which we needed anyways for AC since the truck wasn't working properly. Would have been nice to have been given some grace on the extra mileage or a discount. Something. I'm giving 2 stars for the RV, not for Derek. He was great.

We had a great experience. Communication was timely. Delivery and pick up was right on time. The RV was perfect for our family of 4.

Took this to California and it made the travel SO much easier on everyone. And it got around the cities great, parked it in the driveway with no problems. Great size, great interior. Loved it.

Jonathan, Derek and Zach were wonderful to work with. They were professional and helpful. Renting the RV was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our 18 day adventure to Utah. The RV performed well and was in great condition. We plan to rent again on our next adventure.

DFW RV Rentals made the process for renting, using and returning a RV a very easy one for a first-time renter. Derek and Zach were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Zach was there to meet us when we picked up our RV and was very through in explaining what we needed to know for a worry-free weekend. He was great about texting to ensure that all was good during the rental time and also confirmed our pickup and drop off times. I definitely recommend DFW RV Rentals for your RV rental needs.

Jonathan, Derek, Zach, and the crew at DFW RV Rentals were great in supporting our two week rental of a Class C as a navigated from the DFW area to North Carolina and back. As a first time RV renter, we felt completely comfortable with the team as they provided training into how the RV operates and were there with a couple of questions that arose during the trip. Completely recommend DFW RV Rentals for your RV needs.

Best RV rental ever!!! Jonathan and Derek helped me all along with my journey! I’m a beginner RV camper and had a lots of questions but these awesome guys ansewered and helped me no matter what! The unit is a beast! It is well equipped , powerful, spacious, comfortable, easy to drive and in my opinion really nice looking truck! 28 days all over the Great State of Texas! Best days of my life!
I can’t thank them enough for helping me my “american dream” come true! 10/10 , highly recommend them!
