We are so grateful for everything Jonathan and Derek did to make sure we had a memorable family trip. We were first time RV users and had lots of questions. Jonathan was so patient, helpful and always a phone call away. They provided clean, fresh sheets, pillows and towels. They also offer extras like large coolers, cooking utensils, pots, pans, air-fryer, plates, bowls, cups and utensils. It was reasonably priced and I recommend adding as it was convenient and something I didn’t have to worrying about packing. I highly recommend DFW RV Rentals. They offer 5 star service and care about their customers. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Always available for questions was the best part of the experience. I don’t do the RV thing all of the time, so when I had questions, and called for help, Jonathan was a great hep.

I have owned a motorhome and travel trailers for years. I sold mine last year because we only use it twice a year. This was my 1st time to rent and it's the way to go if you don't go all the time. Pickup and drop off was easy. The motorhome was exactly as described. They went over features and answered all my questions, It was exceptionally clean. Everything worked and there were no issues. The wi-fi was a great feature. We were somewhere that didn't have electricity or hookups so we needed the generator and self contained water tank and plumbing. Everything worked great. Hot showers and water to do dishes. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having the separate sleeping compartments with sliding doors, Next year I don't have to shop around because I am going to reserve this motorhome again. It was a really nice experience.

The owner, Jonathan, lives by the Golden Rule and handled our rental challenges with grace and understanding. He provided immediate support via his cell phone and helped us along our entire trip. We could not use the canopy. The front bathroom toilet kept clogging up. The bunk bed had snot and buggers all over the walls.

This was our first time renting an RV and going glamping. We knew nothing about how to use the RV and they made it so easy to understand. They are very friendly and even said it was ok to text if we had any questions and that no question was a dumb question. I couldn't find the remote and asked; so yes no question is dumb. Will for sure use them again in the future. Thank you again DFW RV Rentals!
