We were first time RVers and first time renters and had a great experience with Valerie. She was very helpful and answered all questions promptly. On our trip, we had some air conditioning problems so we were extremely hot most of the time but other than that, we had a great experience and a great trip!

We had amazing experience. Kids loved it. Got reimbursed for the small repair that we have to get it done on the steps. Beds were comfy. This was my first experience driving RV. Sys explained everything very thoroughly.

The total exsoerience wth Outdoorsy and the Rv was awsome. On Christmas Eve spur of the moment we got an RV for 11days to go to Colorado and had the best time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else and we will be doing it again soon.
