This was MISERABLE. We have rented on Outdoorsy 5 times and never had a complaint. This trip had me in tears...twice. The initial walkthrough was rushed because Josh couldn't be there, his wife had her baby in the car and was having to run back and forth. She wasn't able to answer most questions about the camper and ended up having to call her husband to help. The master bed is a queen not a king. There is a king mattress topper that hangs off all sides and moves when you sleep and prevents sheets from fitting the bed. The leveling system has a short and blew 10 fuses during setup/take down. The distribution hitch has a bent pin & falls off. We had to get extra leveling blocks to fully setup. We didn't find the sewer line until day 2 because we had no cell service and couldn't text. We bought a grill because they gave us one TINY bottle of propane for the black-stone that was 1/2 full. The stove, outdoor burners and oven didn't work after being told the propane was ready to go when it wasn't; and much more...

We are very sorry your weekend didn’t go as planned. I thoroughly went through the pick up walkthrough, where we spent an hour going over everything. Every question was answered, and your husband did have difficulty booking up the hitch to which Josh walked him through it over the phone. We keep our propane tanks at 100% full for our renters, and we keep spare small propane tanks for the Blackstone in the outdoor kitchen, which was shown during the pick up process. If a switch inadvertently got switched off for the propane, an easy fix is switching it back on.
