Zhigang has always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The pickup was always smooth and he is very responsive to feedback.

The RV was exactly as described. It had everything we needed and AC blew nice cold air. The host was very friendly and informative. I would definitely rent again..

Mr. Li is very responsive to all questions I have. He fully prepared his trailer for my trip. I definitely would rent from him again the next time I need trailer.
