Jackie was very communicative before and during our trip. We’re so thankful for the quick responses when we could not figure out how to use the portable stove. It saved us from the cold and hunger that night. This Ford Bronco Sport is equipped with everything we needed for our week-long trip through the Utah Mighty Five. No trouble driving along steep inclines to viewpoints and a few BLM roads we had to go through to get to some hikes. Overall a great and comfortable experience both driving and sleeping wise!

10 out of 10 with customer service! Always answered any question I had and always very nice. We got to enjoy our van for 4 days of traveling. No worries and nothing went wrong. It made all of our dreams come true of living on the road for awhile. Everything was clean and in good condition! Highly recommend Jackie and his van!!! Thank you for everything!

Our rental was easy to pickup, no problems with the car at all! It had everything we needed. Easy to assemble and breakdown. Jackie and his wife were amazing. They even gave us a ride to the airport at drop off. We had quick response time any time we had questions. Will definitely use them in the future. Very nice people!

Overall, this was a good experience. Jacky and his wife were timely and accommodated our schedule.
Two items were discussed upon the return of the car:
1) 1 of 5 lug nuts was missing from left rear wheel. This nut had been missing since the beginning of the rental, as reviewed in pictures taken before the release. This is a safety issue and must be immediately corrected by the owner. The owner must guarantee that the vehicle is safe to drive according to common sense standards!
2) Septic Tank fill indicator. The indicator is broken at half-full and does not show when the tank is more than full! No further comments are needed for the possible implications! :)

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear that overall you had a good experience with us. We take the safety and maintenance of our vans very seriously. Before each trip, we conduct thorough inspections and submit maintenance reports to Outdoorsy to ensure everything is in top condition.

Jackie was a great host. He communicated efficiently via messaging before the trip and at the end of our trip to arrange the drop-off. We used the Bronco Sport equipped for camping for our 10-day trip through California. In total, we drove over 2,500 miles and never had any issues with the car. We slept at 4 campgrounds and 2 Vista Points along the way. We utilized the roof tent at the campgrounds, which was very comfortable. When we stayed at Vista Points, we slept in the car, which was also very comfortable. We used the shower once at one of our campgrounds that did not have shower facilities. It was easy to use and came in handy! We had everything we needed for our trip and have fond memories of driving through national parks (Death Valley, Sequoia, Redwoods) and driving down CA-1. I highly recommend using Jackie as a host and planning your trip in one of his vehicles.

We had a fantastic experience with Jackie and this vehicle. He was super responsive and helpful, met us at our hotel for pick up and drop off and was availible when we had questions. The van was amazing, we had no problems with it and it went everywhere we wanted it to go. Our ten days in Vegas and southern Utah were incredible and we would totally rent this again. Easy, flexible and more storage space than it appears.

We give Jackie 5 stars, he was a 10 all across the board and so was the vehicle. Jackie rented us the Bronco with the pop up tent on top for our family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 kids. We drove to Zion and Bryce. We had two great camp sites for two nights. The Bronco came stocked with everything needed and was super efficient and organized. We had plenty of sleeping room. Jackie even offered us an extra cooler for our groceries, and when we arrived to return the vehicle, Jackie and his wife offered our family a ride to the airport in their van. So thoughtful, so kind, and so generous. Thank you from our family to yours. Highly recommend!

The Bronco pick-up location is conveniently located near the airport and when we arrived, the AC and fridge were already turned on to help us be more comfortable. It was impeccably clean and well stocked with the essentials for the trip. We drove up to the mighty 5 Utah parks and were impressed with how well the car drives and the ease of getting around with everything we needed. On our trip, we didn't cook or use the air mattress. We did use the shower, tent, sleeping bag, chairs, and the fridge as storage. Unfortunately, the generator went out on our trip so we weren't able to use the fridge to keep things as cool, but it did keep water and food cooler than leaving them in the car. It was easy to find camp sites for us to stay at in Utah and I loved the compactness of the Bronco. I would highly recommend to a couple or small group traveling. We decided to return the Bronco one day earlier than planned to stay at a hotel. This process was easy to coordinate and the person was kind to drop us off the hotel to prevent a ride-share cost. Thank you for making the process easy and enjoyable!

Thank you very much for your rental with our Bronco and having it as a part of your trip! Sorry to hear that you had an issue with the generator. The generator should be working fine. But we are appologizing that our employee didn't demonstrate to you how to turn on the generator when you picked up! Again, we appreciate your patience and understanding!
