Kaitlin was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. After booking, and lots of communication back and forth we were so excited to finally meet her when we picked up the RV. We flew in from Canada, and she was so accommodating to make the RV pick up a breeze! We met at SEATAC arrivals and it was only minutes before we were on the road in the Jambo! The pass-over was thorough, and her and her hubby were very informative with everything we needed to know. Throughout the trip, if we had questions they responded right away. The RV is easy to drive once you get used to how it maneuvers. Kaitlin was also very receptive to the minimal feedback we had and I would not hesitate to recommend this vehicle. The only thing to note, if the weather is very hot, you may struggle to get a comfortable temperature in the RV with no generator. Otherwise, comfy beds, fridge/freezer works great, bathroom is all you need and we really enjoyed our vacation.

We had a wonderful trip exploring the peninsula with Kaitlin and Mike’s RV. The pickup/drop off was seem less (at airport) and they gave us a training on the use of the RV that was very helpful. The vehicle handles well and has plenty of horsepower to navigate the elevation changes in Olympic National Park.

We had a blast! It was our first time in an rv. Was easy to drive, the back up camera is a huge plus. Was nice that a lot of things were included. Would do it again!

We had a great trip and loved the RV! Very well equipped and surprisingly easy to drive. Pickup and Dropoff was very convenient. We would gladly rent from them again.

This was our first time with an RV and Kaitlin and Mike were super helpful before and during the trip. Their RV drove great, was well stocked, and our family of five (2 adults, 2 tweens, and medium sized dog) were comfortable and warm even in the cold, wet, December weather. Would definitely book with them again!
