Well, this was amazing and I love the serve of people that serve our country. Thank you for everything over the top. A RV was perfect. Everything works like it should we went to a men’s conference use the generator and the water used the shower. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for even going above and beyond and Meeting me at the airport and allowing us to drop it off at the airport that was amazing and very selfless of you: i’m excited to rent it again next year

Getting the RV was effortless, the Hostesses was kind and explained everything, the RV was clean, washed, and ready. we also used this trip to see if we wanted a Class C RV. We had a fantastic time and will be getting one because of this trip.

Just like last time, had a great time in the RV, and nearly no problems. We did have difficulties getting the AC on, but after a tip from Derek it worked fine.Would definitely rent Bessy again.We did notice that the RV had seen quite a bit more use as.compared to 2022, but it was still MUCH nicer than one you would get from cruise america.That's it, simply a great rig.

This RV was perfect for our family of four and worked beautifully. We added on linens and it was 100% worth the money for us to do so. Derek was easy to work with, helpful and available for us when we needed to troubleshoot (our misunderstanding, not a problem with the RV). Derek gave us a thorough overview of the RV prior to our journey and we were on our way. We would absolutely rent this again. The vehicle is well-maintained and was well-stocked with basics for our 8-day journey through the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone.

Every aspect of the RV rental was excellent from pick-up through check-in. Derek explained the operation and features of the RV very well at pick-up. I had no problems or questions with operating it and checking levels throughout the trip. I have experience with a RV trailer and was already familiar with the basic workings of the RV. For a first time user of an RV, an instruction sheet a few pages long, in addition to the verbal instructions, would help so they would not have to remember everything said.The Thor 28Z was easy to drive, the brakes are very powerful and progressive. The Tow/haul setting for engine braking when navigating steeper downhills was very effective and impressive. The engine is sized right for the RV and has excellent torque when starting up and could pull grades at freeway speeds well, but not well enough to use cruise control on more than mild grades. Range is very good with the approximately 40 gallon fuel tank.On the inside, it comfortably accommodated our group of five adults and one child. The pop-out kitchen/dinning area was a big help for this. The refrigerator was roomy and trouble free. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We rented the bedding sets, they kept us warm and comfortable. However, getting the lower bedding part fitted on the bed cushions that convert from the table and the couch were awkward to put on due to tight clearance between the cushions and walls/other bed frame sides. It took a couple nights to get proficient with it. On the couch bed, the seat belts had to be fished out from below and pulled out between cushions when converting from a bed to a couch in the mornings. The privacy screen for the cab windows was cumbersome to install and took some experimenting to get a nightly routine worked out. We had some complaints about the bathroom being cramped and the sink being awkward to get to because of the overhanging cabinets. However, it was all functional and these are minor quibbles.The water and power hook-ups were easy to use and it is setup to work with 30A and 50A hook-ups.Overall it is an excellent rig and Derek was great to work with. We would gladly rent this RV again.

Host gave us a thorough tour, great RV, well stocked with towels and kitchen towels, cleaning supplies and broom and dustpan. Easy to use, comfortable and lovely for our family of 4, with room if our kids had brought a friend. RV was not full on gas when we picked up, owner had us submit receipts for filling up on the way out of town to knock off the bill to compensate.

We rented for a second time from Derek. He was so accommodating with our needs and requests. Everything was taken care of before we arrived. He seemed to think of everything! We love traveling in Bessy and renting from Derek. We will absolutely do it again!!
