We had a fantastic time in the New River Gorge area, and “Almost Heaven” provided the perfect base from which to do it. Can’t say enough about the trailer and hosts. Paul and Jessie made it too easy. We chose the delivery option and they had the trailer all ready when we got there – dropped on the pad with water, electricity, and septic all hooked up. The outdoor kitchen, grill, mat, and chairs were an added comfort and convenience. They were very prompt with any questions we had and made our departure easy (first time trailer guy). Really just a very nice friendly family. The New River Gorge area was just awesome. So much to do. Rafting on the New River was challenging and exciting. We did several hikes-Endless Wall and Long Point had awesome views of the gorge and bridge. Paddled on the New river near Gauley Bridge above Kanawha Falls. Also did some biking. My kids will be forever spoiled on “glamping” vs. tent camping and look forward to coming back!

The RV was fantastic! It was set up and ready to use and It literally had everything you needed. Bed was clean and comfy. I would not think twice about renting again and the communication with the owners was top notch couldn’t ask for better!

Jessie and Paul were great! They answered all of our questions prior to and during our trip. Paul went over everything on the outside and Jessie went over everything on the inside making sure we felt comfortable with everything. They provided a rug, chairs, and a cooler and that was so thoughtful. Our normal pet boarding facility was booked so it was amazing to be able to find a camper that was pet friendly. Our two golden retrievers and 2 teenagers loved it and so did we. We will definitely book with Jessie and Paul again!
