We had a wonderful experience. Gilbert was so kind explaining all the details and making himself available for any questions or advise. All was ready to use. Everything we needed and more, was included in the camper. Our kids enjoyed the extra space provided by the side slide. We were delighted with the state of the RV, linens, kitchen utensils, etc. Practically a new RV.
