About Vannish's RV rentals
We have recently joined the RVing community by being the owner of a brand new Sprinter Campervan 2018 CS Adveturous by Roadtrek and would like to share the experience to everyone by posting it here in Outdoorsy including to those who wants to bring their beloved pets to join the adventure. Learning something new everyday as new RV owner and definitely appreciates any advice to improve on.

The friendly owner (and her puppy) kindly took the time to help us get acquainted with the vehicle. She was very responsive when we had any questions and explained everything to us in detail. It gave us a lot of peace of mind since we were RV newbies!

Best camping trip ever!! We really enjoyed our trip in the Roadtrek camper van - everything worked great and we found that it was equipped with everything we could possibly need, just pack your food and clothes and you are good to go! Also being fairly new to operating RVs/trailers we found the Roadtrek very easy to use and also benefited from the very thorough demo that was given to us upon delivery of the vehicle. We would not hesitate to book again in the future!

Van was clean. The owner took the time to explain everything and was very responsive to questions while we were on the road. Vehicle is easy to drive.

Kerren was able to accomodate us last minute and provided all the info we needed for a safe and fun trip. The vehicle was perfect for what we needed and was reliable enough to take us through Banff and Jasper in the snow.

Keren was a delight to work with. We had never done a trip like this before and had never used an RV/Campervan before, but Keren put us at ease immediately. She showed us all the ins and outs of the Sprinter before we took off and the instructions folder (with pictures) was quite helpful along the way. I would highly recommend working with Keren and taking this van on a trip!

We rented the first week of August 2019. Everything was super. It was our first time using a camper van, and we were a little nervous about how it would drive and whether we could handle the basic ins-and-outs. The camper drove great. We managed to figure most things out. And Kerren was always there to answer any questions we had, usually in less than three minutes! We had a really fun time and would do it all over again. A great experience. Thanks.

Keren is awesome! She made the whole renting process very smooth and seamless. She explained everything with a van orientation, has a helpful manual that she made, and has just about everything you could need within the van. She was even nice enough to hold on to our suitcases for the week to clear up some space! The van was spacious, clean, and made our trip 10x better than we could have ever expected. This was our first camper experience and we would 100% rent this one again. Rent it, you won’t regret it!!

We took our 8 month old daughter to camp in Banff National Park for 1 week. It was an incredible trip and the RV made everything so convenient. Everything that we needed was stocked: linens, towels, soap, coffee maker, dishes, etc. Keren even offered us the use of a car seat which saved us from having to get one ourselves.
Keren went above and beyond to explain how to work everything in the RV. She picked us up from the airport and even offered to hold onto our empty luggages for the week to give us more space in the RV.
It was such a special trip and everything worked great. We want to thank Keren for everything!

Karen is a fantastic owner/renter of this fantastic RV. The sprinter is easy to drive, park and isn't too hard on the diesel fuel. The sprinter is wonderfully equipped and Karen adds all the extras that make the trip really comfortable including towels, basic spices, bear spray, eyeglass cleaner, walkie-talkies (remarkably useful!), and other items that make this a great home away from home. We had a wonderful time with a family of four with a 13 and 15 year old. Note that the sprinter has seat belts for 6 people including the front seats, but is really designed for 2-3. Two of us slept in a tent as we like camping which worked out great! The RV has a retractable awning which kept the front of our tent dry even in a light rain. Karen is responsive and Sherlock, her dog, was great at sending us off and greeting us when we came back! We can't recommend more strongly if you are interested in this type of travel. For specifics we took the sprinter up to Edmonton, Jasper, Banff, and Kootenai (Radium Hot Springs) and put about 1300km on the car in that trip with a few hikes in between.

My husband, 7 month old went on a lovely two week road trip in this van. It easily accommodated the 3 of us and Karen provided everything you could possibly need for life on the road (bear spray, cooking equipment, outdoor chairs, etc etc) which was particularly helpful since we flew in from Maine.
Communication with the owner was easy and prompt, and she went over all of the details of how to operate the camper van upon drop off, which was very helpful for two (3!) novices.

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Keren was extremely helpful as I planned my trip and willing to assist with all questions. The Roadtrek is in fantastic shape and very well stocked with supplies. I will definitely rent again next year!

Keren's RV was in brand new shape! She was great with communication and we got exactly what we were expecting and more! She was wonderful to work with and I recommend renting this RV.

We as a family of 2 adults and a toddler had a fabulous experience in this beautiful, efficient and excellent van. Keren is one of the best hosts, incredibly helpful and guided us through out our trip. It was our first camper van trip and we had so many questions. Keren spent lot of time in detailing everything. I highly recommend this van. Execllent to drive, super clean and comfortable. Bonus points for a fully stuffed kitchen. Can't ask for anything better. 5++ stars.

We (2 adults and one child) spent 11 nights in this sweet delux camper exploring and hiking around Banff, jasper and the surroundings. It was absolutely fantastic and the owner is amazing and incredibly helpful. The rig was virtually new and stocked with everything you might need. The truck was perfect- drives like a car, not too big, efficient and versatile so you are not dependent on the plug in campgrounds. Made for a great trip!
