Ron, Julianna, and our young twins! We love camping within a couple hours of St Louis. Really enjoy Ozark Outdoors, Rend Lake, Mark Twain Lake, and several of the State Parks in the area. Give us a lake, river, float trip, or pool and we are all happy!

while cooking hamburgers on the stove, the glass backsplash exploded, sending glass all over the floor, burning the floor. ruined the experience of the trip

Unfortunately a review like this is the downside of wanting to rent you camper out for others to enjoy when you aren’t.The glass stove top exploded because it was not lifted before cooking. Listening to basic instructions when picking up the camper goes a long way to not having a ruined experience. Of course I didn’t know your “experience was ruined” when you dropped off our camper because you jumped in your truck and took off before I could walk inside and see the condition it was in. You knew you destroyed it and couldn’t leave it fast enough, so fast you left some of your clothes. You figured if you left before I saw it then it was my problem and no longer yours.The floor is destroyed, the stove destroyed, glass everywhere, water damage everywhere, and everything left filthy. Not a word mentioned at any point until I had to ask you, then you sent me 30 messages of how it is my fault and an unsafe camper. I know most people that had rented an “unsafe camper” would definitely complain or have some type of conversation about it at any point during their trip. The only communication I ever received was to ask how to turn up the tv volume. You only said it after I discovered the damage. Your security deposit isn’t enough to fix the damage and now I have to also file an insurance claim, but your experience was the one ruined?? It’s time to be an adult and accept responsibility for your actions rather than still continue to blame me for you or your son making a mistake.

Ron and his wife were so helpful! The RV was easy to tow and setup. It was cozy and clean!! We had a small problem with the fresh water tank and Ron was easy to talk to and help us through it. We had a great trip!!

We reserved this RV for 3 nights. It was delivered on time and it was very clean. Ron was accommodating. However, the air-conditioner stopped working after the first night and we needed to abort our trip. Therefore, the total cost seems excessive.
