Beware. Do not book with this host!!!! I booked this trailer in May for our annual October camping trip. From the jump, the host took longer time to respond to messages. 3 weeks out, I reached out to her to confirm the delivery time, to which she agreed. The day before our trip., I reached out to ask routine questions about the generator- no response. I sent a follow up message the next day, again no response. I reached out to Outdoorsy via chat, concerned the host had not responded to my messages. They provided me with a phone number for the host. I called twice, no answer and unable to leave a message. We were literally pulling into our campsite when I received a notification that the host had cancelled our booking, ruining our trip. Save yourself the time and frustration and choose a more professional and considerate host.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish .
The host explained everything and answered every question and request we had.
The rv was everything we needed and had plenty of room for our family. The A/C blew very cold which is always important to us.
All in all an amazing experience! Would definitely book with them again!

The powered jack on the trailer was not working at pickup. The owner stated this was due to the battery needing to be charged, which makes sense for long term storage. However, even after plugging into shore power at my campsite the jack still didn’t work. It wasn’t the battery - the jack itself was dead. There was a manual crank included as a back up, but this was extremely difficult to crank high enough to get off my hitch even with a block underneath. The second problem was there was only 1 wheel chock for 4 tires. This was a serious safety issue for my family of 5 because our campsite was on a slight incline. There were some small concrete blocks included for the leveling jacks, so I ended up using those as wheel chocks instead. -1 star for these issues.

We had a great trip and everything was great in rv went to Sonora caverns in Sonora Texas second time in rv and our trips keep getting better every year

Our experience with Sergey and his camper was super great. We had a minor issue which was my problem that he helped out on. Super clean camper and everything worked.

Great host and great camper! We had a blast at Yogi Bear Canyon Lake and this trailer met all our needs. It’s brand new and in great condition.
The host was very easy to work with and very helpful to solve a small issue we experienced on the trip
