Paula was super nice! Can't say enough about how nice she was. The RV drives meh/okay - it's fairly loud and shakes a lot when going 50-65 mph. We were also told DURING CHECK-IN that dry camping was not allowed. This was a HUGE SURPRISE to us. So during the time we weren't plugged in the RV didn't have any power or AC. If you are dry camping, this isn't the RV for you.

Matt and his crew were very nice, and had great communication before the rental. Prior to accepting the reservation, I asked if they would be staying at a campground with full-hookups the entire time, and he confirmed they would be. I wouldn't have rented my RV to them for dry-camping or boondocking, as it's our family RV and it's often too complicated to manage the power sources if one does not camp often. We did a detailed walk-through, and I continued to explain that they would want to have the RV plugged in to shore power unless driving since they were unfamiliar with how to use the generator, main batteries, rig batteries, inverters, etc. He confirmed that this shouldn't be a problem since he said they were going to the campground.

Paula was so helpful in getting us started and arranging for a smooth and seamless trip! I even texted her a couple of times during our trip for some extra tips, and she was very responsive. Great layout for those with lots of passengers/kids. Will be renting from her again for our next RV trip!

Unfortunately we had to cancel this reservation due to a complication with the generator exhaust pipe. We did not want to run the risk of elevated carbon monoxide levels inside the rig, so cancelled bookings until this is remedied. We prioritized communicating with Janice and cancelling the reservation so that we could get the issue serviced. Janice was very understanding and thanked me for cancelling in the interest of safety and transparency.

If I could give Paula and her RV more than 5 stars I would. Paula was amazing from beginning to end, fast response, super friendly, extremely flexible with pick up and drop off times which was amazing. The RV was perfect, tons of storage room and beds! Everything in the RV worked (fridge, toilet, shower, lights, AC WHICH WAS ICE COLD!!!!!!) The RV was really clean, ran smooth, tons of power, seats were comfortable and very easy to drive. Would definitely recommend you and your family give this RV a try you will be pleased I am sure of it. Would definitely rent again from Paula without a second thought. If you’ve never rented or driven an RV before don’t worry, she does a great job of showing and explaining everything and how it works!!!
