The host told us he is looking to sell his camper trailer and decided to charge all his repairs on us by taking our security deposit. There were things that were broken or malfunctioning before at the time of delivery, he didn't even ask us to take pictures as we were camping the first time and we were not aware that we should be documenting. He had it in his mind all along to take the security deposit to fix the issues, because, he didn't have the pictures initially of the time he delivered the camper and installed it, later he brough back some old pictures and uploaded them. When we asked if there was a checklist, he said don't worry about it, I am not that particular about it. We later understood what he meant. We paid for the dumping, but later put that as one of the reason to charge us our security deposit. Just horrible experience. I believe he is selling this camper, but the review is for the host and not the camper trailer. So, if you come across the posting from this host then, I hope you find this useful and take more precautions if you decide to go with the rental.

The pictures that were taken were at time of drop off and pick up at the renters camp site. Everything that was wrong was listed and yes we agreed to dumping the tanks but also stressed the necessity of being sparring with water use because of the number of people staying in the RV and the capacity of tanks. We did not agree to renter overflowing our grey water tanks from the sink. The security deposit was charged for damages to our blinds, curtains and trim that was broken in the RV. The security deposit wasn’t even enough to cover the estimate from our RV technicians that keep our RV in excellent condition. These damages were not already present at time of delivery. We have a service contract with our RV and meticulously maintain it through our RV technicians for our comfort and our renters. Check all of our other reviews and you will see we go above and beyond to make our renters experience wonderful. However this renter was the by far the worse one we have had in 4 seasons. I don’t understand how someone can treat somebody else’s property the way this renter did, the have the audacity to try and turn it on us.

What a fantastic RV, lots of space with all the amenities! All our visitors were amazed at how big the double bump out with the kitchen island was. We had plenty of space for parents, 2 teens, and grandma! Ryan responded quickly to all my inquiries and questions before and during the trip. We especially enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen area and for “new campers” we appreciated the outdoor rug, chairs, and s’mores sticks.
