Natalie allowed us to leave with rotting tires unknowingly to her and us. Although she did say its been sitting outside in AZ for more than 5 months. After less than 100 miles the drivers side tire blew out. There was no tire iron to change the tire so we drove round trip an hour to purchase one after she said she would reimburse me. After installing the spare and driving less than 50 miles the passenger side tire blew out. Now we had to take both tires 30 minutes away and purchase 2 new tires. After that all went well. We dropped off the RV and Natalie assured me she would reimburse me after she file it with Outdoorsy. After leaving she stopped responding to messages both voice and text. She also said she could buy a tire iron through Amazon cheaper so I took the tire iron but I have not been reimbursed for the tires. As of this post im waiting to see if Outdoorsy will reimburse me from their resolutions department. The trailer is great the host Natalie not so much. I hope she will respond to this post as it will be the first time she has responded to me since leaving house.

Trailer was as described. Perfect for our family of 4. Super easy to tow with our 4Runner. Natalie was a fantastic host! Her communication was great and she was super flexible on pick up and drop off times. Would definitely recommend. Already have our next trip booked with her in 2 months.

What a great experience! We were able to bring our dogs to see the total eclipse of the sun. Natalie was a realistic, positive assistant in our journey. Communication through Outdoorsy was easy and Natalie's little Jayflight had everything we needed to travel and camp out at RV campgrounds including some surprise touches like binoculars. The trailer towed easily with our Jeep Grande Cherokee PHEV. We would highly recommend renting from Natalie.

Natalie was wonderful to deal with and took the time to go walk us through all our questions. The trailer is clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The kids loved the bunk beds and the parents enjoyed the comfy full sized bed.

Natalie was terrific. Went over everything before we left and flexible on our return time. We had some minor issues that we were able to resolve with a quick phone call.
Everything worked as advertised & towing was a breeze. Fun little camper that fit our needs for the weekend.

Natalie was very friendly and flexible on pickup & drop off. Had all the necessary utensils and toiletries for our trip. Definitely will be renting from her again.

We had so much fun and Natalie was so easy to work with. Great communication and answered any questions we had since we are new to trailer camping. Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities.

Natalie was great to work with! This camper trailer is clean and well stocked. It kept our family of five (plus two dogs!) comfortable and warm during our weekend camping trip in Flagstaff. We hope to rent again in the future. :)
