The awning was broken and this was not communicated beforehand. When going through the tour of the vehicle it still was not disclosed that the awning was broken. It was not until we asked about the awning that was communicated that it was not only broken but missing.

Owner Josh was very responsive to any Qs.. contact person Ilya was also very thorough during pick up/walk thru of vehicle.. rv handled great, easy to maneuver and set up.. first time RVing and it was great experience…

We had the best time camping in the mountains of NC! The owner was really helpful when we had questions. Everything was clean and the RV was easy to drive.

The RV was a great unit! Great to have a slide out that is that big! Super to have wifi onboard which saved us a lot of hassle!

This was a disappointing experience for us. Unfortunately the RV was wobbly the entire trip and on a slant. We tried to work w the owner after for a little discount off for what we went through and he was unwilling to do anything for us telling us it all worked fine for him. The rest of it was clean and nice but the whole experience of the rocking back and forth whenever we moved and the slant was miserable, not sure I slept much if at all the entire time. Next time will do more research. But please be aware there were issues w the RV even if they are saying there isn’t. We asked multiple RV owners to look and they couldn’t believe it either. Something to do w the levelers. Photos show the slant while out

Hi Kristen, I’m sorry you had a bad experience, we certainly don’t want our customers to be disappointed. The RV needs to be parked on a flat surface. They are not levelers, they are simply stabilizers. Had we know during your stay that you were having issues, we would have shared tips on how to level the RV and make more stable. We hope to have the opportunity to earn your business next time!

Josh’s RV was perfect for the wife and I! As this was our first trip, the 24’ length was easy to drive and a breeze to maneuver around campgrounds and parking lots yet big enough to accommodate us for two weeks without feeling cramped.

Nice rig. Super simple to work with. Easy to drive, not too big, not too small. Once you slide out the one slide, it’s very spacious. Would rent from again. Manager walked me through the use of all the features.

The entire rental process was easy and efficient. Josh was very responsive to our questions before and during our rental.
The RV was clean and well-stocked with basics. Our family of three had plenty of space and enjoyed making it our home for a weekend!

The RV was Great! The owners were very helpful explaining all the features of their RV and were readily available during our trip when we had any questions. Highly recommend them.
