Pat I am very sorry this happened . We arrived at the campground , and as we were setting up , we had some technical issues that made it impossible to lift up the roof. At the time , we felt it was best for everyone’s safety to bring camper back home to repair (unrushed). We did provide the contact info for another rental company , and we hope you had a good experience with them.

We rented this pop-up for my in-laws and had a wonderful experience! The pop-up was clean, everything worked, and delivery and pick up went smoothly. Gabby and her husband were wonderful and so easy to work with. We will definitely rent from them again!

Great tent trailer, they delivered and set up for us. Super nice people, great to deal with and we will definitely use again next time we come to Jalama Beach. Cheers!!
