We truly enjoyed our week renting Brittany & John's Serenity. The communication was great! The fact that we were able to pick and deliver to the airport was a huge bonus. The LTS was perfect for the two of us and very easy to drive. Highly recommend!

Rent at you our risk. Not as advertised or worth the “luxury” price.
If you do rent it, make sure you take pictures and document the condition and cleanliness at the beginning of the rental.“Do whatever you think is fair. We spent 40 minutes at the KOA on Saturday morning trying to empty it. After only about a 10% reduction during that time, I assumed it was broken just like the windshield, entrance step and half the outside storage compartment latches. I will be writing a review and contacting Outdoorsy to request a refund on the cleaning fee for the absolutely filthy condition in which we received the RV. The first thing we had to do was wipe dust off all of the surfaces and take it to a gas station to clean all of the bugs off of the windshield. We did not expect to spend the first hour of our vacation cleaning and scrubbing. In the day and age of COVID, it was even more shocking to receive it in this condition. I have a picture of the TV mount that shows a gross amount of dust. The coffee pot was not only broken but had moldy grounds and filter still in it! There was also a used bar of soap in the shower and multiple ziplock bags in the kitchen with food and crumbs in them. I don’t know who you pay to clean it with the $200 fee but you should consider alternatives. You may also want to send someone who actually knows and understands the RV to do the initial check in. The girl you sent didn’t seem too sure about anything and mentioned she only had been trained briefly the night before and kept commenting how nothing worked quite right. The luxury photos presented and the price paid was not what we expected or experienced. This was not my first Outdoorsy rental but it certainly was not the best experience. I realize things happen with RVs, especially rentals and don’t expect perfection but most of what I just described is ridiculous and easily preventable. This is my honest feedback and I hope as a successful business owner you take seriously for the future. “

Brittany and John were more than accommodating to our needs and special requests! :) I would highly recommend renting this camper to anyone that is looking for a new, nice, and clean camping/camper experience.

We absolutely loved our time in their RV. The 24’ allows maximum flexibility for parking but still provide tremendous space. The photo below is our first night camping at Holland Lake Campground. Would highly recommend.

The vehicle was in pristine condition, comfortable, and very well appointed. Delivery and pick up went very smoothly. We had a slight mechanical issue which Brittany and John were quick to address. Lovely people to work with! We highly recommend this vehicle
