Owner was helpful throughout the trip if issues arose. The generator and backup camera were not functional at all, the Owner did let us know that prior to rental. Luckily, we had our own generator we took with us. The entire RV (outside and inside) needs some major TLC. Don't be alarmed that cabinets and drawers fly open as you are driving. I just ended up putting tape on them to keep them closed since the actual clamps are broken. Outside awning is tied up with a USB cord for some reason. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. For the price, it is not bad, just not great.

This RV is very roomy and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and quick to answer questions.

Several essential features were not working properly, including the entry steps, awning, window blinds, back camera, and the water & sewer tank sensors.

Horrible he’s very disrespectful and had many issues with his rv. Don’t book he will cancel last second

Hi Mr. Jasarat. We apologize that you feel that way. This request was made through Outdoorsy last minute when my account was on pause. I advised that I would get back to you. The RV had a maintenance scheduled & I wanted to make sure it was rental ready. Also, there was a language barrier so we were communicating through your child. When I asked your child 3 times if they were the ones requesting the booking, they said yes. Unfortunately, we don't rent to minors or unlicensed individuals. You were also supposed to pick up the RV because you didn't pay to have it dropped off. I also explained to you ahead of time that I had a doctor's appointment & would have to meet you before a certain time. You guys are an hour away from me, yet you were trying to have me go 85% of the way to drop off the RV when again, you hadn't paid any of the drop off fees. I was still trying to make your trip as comfortable as possible when we agreed to meet halfway, we couldn't agree on the halfway point.
