Host made me feel like I was incompetent. Spoke to me like I was unintelligent. Got the feeling they didn’t really want to rent their trailer, like I was inconveniencing them by using it. The trip was also tarnished because of the rental agreement. I was never informed about signing the rental agreement, even after I paid in full. Only once I had picked up the trailer the host started messaging me while I was trying to enjoy vacation they kept messaging me. I was receiving messages intermittently because I didn’t have good signal on the camp site. When we returned the unit the host was again speaking to me as if I had done something wrong by not signing an agreement that I was never told about nor ever sent by outdoorsy. This experience really put a sour taste in my mouth. I will never use this host again. And possibly never use outdoorsy, although their customer service was helpful. This host was disrespectful and should not rent their trailer if it going to cause them to be so mean. An overall disappointment.

We had a great week in this RV. It's newer, spacious and everything worked well. Wonderful RV to rent with many supplies included. Thank you to our host!

We rented this trailer for our trip to Pinery and it was incredible. We are experienced tent campers but wanted to try out a trailer as we have a baby and it was such a luxury. We'll be renting it again in the future.

This was our first-ever camping trip in an RV Trailer. The trailer was in excellent condition and Michelle provided us with many good instructions on how to use it. We loved how everything was automated. We rented it for a 9-day camping trip in Killbear, it kept us dry an warm during the few rainy days. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you, Michelle.

Excellent RV experience. Will definitely be renting again in the future. The almost new RV was spotless clean and well kept. We had more and enough space for storage, sleeping, and daytime use. Highly recommend. Thanks Michelle!
