Outside awning not in working condition, step to get into RV not working upon pickup. Not notified until we arrived for pickup, so we had no choice so that our trip was not ruined. Still was looking forward to spending time with family as we arrived late in the evening.The next day when it became warm we cut on the a/c the ceiling started leaking from ac unit, sink was clogged, shower was clogged, power sockets not working. We were unable to wash hands or use the RV the second night. Seats and RV very worn. Mattress was soiled and nasty. I would not recommend this RV be rented out until it is in useful condition.

Maurice was great to work with and supported our public safety dive week. RV worked as described.

The awning did not work upon pick up. The RV was not maintained overly well as there were some loose panels, and furniture parts starting to separate. On the 5th night, the terminal block used to connect the generator, and Utility power to the automatic transfer switch melted and burned due to a loose connection. The owners were very friendly, and the RV was generally fun, spacious, and easy to set up. It ran and drove well.
