Monica was very nice. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. Trailer shows its usage but everything in working order. Would definitely rent again.

The RV is top notch, specifically the mattresses which were very comfortable for my family. The RV even had a Tempurpedic mattress in the main room! The heater was very warm and didn't seem to use a ton of propane - but we kept the temp around 68 or so. The fridge is immaculate and quite large - you can fit a good amount of food in it. The bunks in the back were plenty big for my kids and could even fit an adult on each bunk comfortably. The back room had a door so the kids could play without disturbing anything. The leather couch was very nice/comfortable to relax in with coffee in the AM. The layout of the kitchen was very spacious thanks to the pop-out... we never felt like were on top of each other. Monica was amazingly kind, flexible for pickup/delivery, and gave a great walk-through. Overall, highly recommend!Double check with Monica if the trailer comes with Toilet paper and any amenities. At the time we rented, it didn't have any amenities (pots, pans, utensils, toilet paper, etc.) - which was totally fine because we prefer to bring our own gear. They were nice and offered a impact wrench which was very helpful to get the leveling jacks up and down. If you're curious how to pack light - for AM coffee, consider using a pot to boil hot water and french press. One pan, couple of cutting knives + boards and you should be fine. Be sure to top off your fresh water and go gingerly with showers... we accidentally used up a lot of water on the first night with some showers. The B&G tanks had ample space, and thanks to solar panels the unit held a charge pretty well during the day - this reduced the need to run a generator at camp all day long.
