We had a great experience in Hank! We travelled far, wide and certainly high in this van! We were comfortable throughout the trip and both beds were certainly suitable for the trip! We lived off the grid, didn’t need to use the generator although it was good to know we had it in case of emergency. The awning lights were not working on the outside of the van but that’s minimal.

Philip is a great communicator. We were first time RVers -- This was an easy learning curve due to the set up and Philips's tutorials! Great experience in Hank's Tank!

We had a great weekend trip from Denver to Telluride with lots of stops along the way. This is a BIG van and the bed was enormous - plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Numerous light controls throughout made it easy to turn on/off lights without having to run around the van. We didn't get to use the topside tent, but maybe next time. A comfy van with a strong transmission for downshifting through the hilly terrain. All vans have their quirks and this was no different, luckily all the manuals were in the van and I quickly figured out the thermostat which kept us cool and warm throughout the night. This was a great van and we look forward to taking it out again.

This was a trip of a lifetime for us. We were amazed at how easy it was to work with Phil. Everything we were told was exactly that. “Hank the Tank” was amazing! We have already started making plans to come back and do it again.

Overall, my boyfriend and I had a great vacation. The major hangup for us was that the generator in the van wasn’t working, even though the listing said the van has a generator to run the heat/AC at night. Not having a generator, and not knowing about it until we picked up the van, changed a lot about our trip. We went from expecting to be more “off the grid” at night with a generator to keep us warm (in the mountains of Colorado), to requiring hookups at night and staying at RV-friendly campgrounds. We made the most of it, but a heads up about the generator before picking up the van would have been a worthwhile courtesy.
The van ran well otherwise. Phil was very nice and helpful with questions. I’d recommend vacationing in Hank’s Tank, just be sure to ask about the generator if you are expecting to use it!

I spent an awesome 5 days with the dog in Hank's Tank, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The RV has tons of room, with all of the amenities you would need and incredibly comfortable bed. The RV itself is state-of-the-art, and Phil was very responsive and helpful to any questions I had. I give it 6 stars.

Phillip made renting his vehicle easy, it was clean and operated correctly. We spent 3 days off grid and his TANK was setup and fitted out so we just showed up with our bags!!

Hank’s tank turned a business trip into a memorable experience. The van itself came fully equipped with everything I needed and more. The tent up top was the perfect way to wind down after a long day driving. I went from Denver to Cortez and everywhere on the western slope. Communication with the owner was easy. I’ll definitely be taking this van again next spring. It’ll go at least 40 miles with the low fuel alert on.
