Alina and Ken were excellent hosts and made this whole process feel so simple and stress-free. It was our first time renting an RV on Outdoorsy (or otherwise) and we certainly feel equipped to do so again thanks to the guidance and help they both provided! Would certainly recommend renting from them if you're considering and we likely will again, too!

We are first-time RV people and we had a fabulous time in this Minnie Winnie! Ken was incredibly helpful explaining everything we needed to know and was always on call if we had questions during the trip. They were wonderfully flexible with pick-up and return hours which helped us a lot. And their friendliness was part of the joy of this rental.
