Went camping with the family down (2 adults and 2 children) at Sequoia for the weekend. The Sprinter Van was exactly what we needed! Communication was excellent from the start. Mylien was very easy to communicate with and was also very flexible with pickup and return times. The van was very clean and in good working order. Explanation of all features was thorough at pickup and the van ran perfectly throughout the trip. Highly recommended!!

My reservation was canceled without any compensation due to overbooking by
another car rental company. I had to find another place in a hurry because
of my schedule.
I booked this company, but there was no confirmation immediately, so I made
a reservation elsewhere and received a confirmation. The other party
confirmed and my card was immediately approved. As soon as I recognized it,
I contacted the other party, explained the situation, and politely requested the cancellation,
and she allowed the cancellation without any conditions. She allowed it.
I tried to cancel the reservation on it's website. The fee was huge(30%) and I
could not push cancel button. So I asked customer service several times to
cancel it without deduction, but it was rejected repeatly.
It's your policy, but I think this is an unfair deal. If I booked long
time ago, and I try to cancel just before rental date, it is right to
deduct cancelation fee. But it is different case.
I just book 2 days before and you approve without my cancel.

When someone booked and canceled within less than 5 days. They have to pay a cancellation fee and that they have to perform the cancellation themselves.
