Franklin was nice to deal with. The RV, however, seems to be at the end of its useful life. The plastic clip to secure the dump hose to the outlet broke off. The brakes were a little squishy, but other than that everything worked. The RV is 28 yrs old, underpowered, seen a lot of campers, and isn't very clean. If you adjust your expectations to these factors it may be ok. For us, next time, we will spend the extra money required for newer, cleaner vehicle.

The ceiling of the RV was covered in mildew and smelled disgusting. There was also mildew on the sleeping bags and the main door blind. The fridge didn't work at all, so we had to spend over $100 on disposable coolers and ice. The toilet was covered in dried piss when we got the RV. The RV struggled to go more than 40 mph on uphills. This RV is not fit for human habitation and should be removed from this site. DO NOT RENT THIS RV.

Fantastic Experience! Franklin was very thorough with the walkthrough and made sure I knew the ins and outs of his rig before going on my trip. We are hooked on RV camping!
