I was held hostage and charged addition amount within 1 day of flying from Florida to New Mexico for my vacation or I was told there would be NO RV. RV was delivered filthy! I had to go to the store for cleaning supplies and clean it. Oven did not work, Only one burner worked. No shower for 2 days. Toilet leaked so had to turn off the outside water after using. Sofa bed broken. Dog hair covering beds. No towels until late the second day. New but not washed and dye and fuzz came off. air vent so filthy that even after using a wet cloth it was still filthy and smelled. Difficulty breathing. After no shower for 2 days and then the smoke alarm started chirping until 2 am. I had to leave and was told no return for the remaining 3 days even though the unit was uninhabitable. Waiting to see if Outdoorsy will help me resolve my dispute and receive return monies. At this time I feel I should be refunded the entire amount. This vacation was for the Balloon Festival in New Mexico where hotels are sold out and I have had to pay a premium for my remining 3 nights. Duress, Hostage and criminal is how I would rate this experience no time to download all of my pictures for my memories

Max is an excellent RV owner! He met us at the RV park, and hooked everything up for us. His thorough introduction to all the RV’s amenities left us without any questions. When we were ready to leave, he arrived promptly for our final inspection and sent us on our way. Throughout the whole process, from beginning to end, Max was very friendly, genuine, quick to respond, and super accommodating.
