Tracy was easy to work with and made sure to explain how everything in the trailer operated and she had all the hook ups to the truck. The trailer was clean and ready to go. The only issue was one of the release valves for the gray tank was stuck so we were not able to empty the tank prior to returning it but no fault of hers or ours just one of those things that happens and she was not aware of it until the night before we picked it up for our trip and she did advise us of it. We had a great trip to Montana and really enjoyed the comfort of the trailer. Thank you!

It was bumpy at first when our trip was confirmed and then randomly canceled with no explanation for a few hours. But it was all figured out eventually with a few calls to Outdoorsy and we had a great trip!

The host was very responsive and accommodating for drop off time as we were stuck in traffic. The RV is a no smoking RV but smelled like it had been smoked in. One suggestion on the fully stocked kitchen, maybe include dish soap. The pull out bed is very uncomfortable, could feel the bars underneath.

The trailer was exactly as advertised..... Tracy is great to talk and communicate with. You will not go wrong with this trailer, it has everything you need.
