We had a few hiccup but they were our hiccups. We didn't pay enough attention in the orientation. We texted Stacey and she got back to us in minutes! Great service. For a slightly older RV it suited us perfectly and if we have a need again we will reach out to her again.

Stacy is WONDERFUL!!! She is a bright light in this world. She was GREAT in communicating with me about the RV and teaching me all I needed to know for my trip. I will most definitely rent from Stacy again if I’m in need of an RV in the Rochester area 😊

Stacy was very responsive and informative, which was very helpful on our first outdoorsy trip. The rv was great and helped to make our adventure wonderful. Thank you Stacy for the small details you added, they were noticed. Looking forward to our next trip with the Santara.
