Hi, my name is Jeff. I love traveling, having recently completed a trip to Southeast Asia and China. Some of my favorite destinations in the area are Bodega Bay, Stanislaus National Forest, and The Great Basin. My other hobbies include cars, hiking, cycling, and swimming.

We used Jeff's Suncruiser as extra room when we had a family reunion at my house. It was a stroke of genius: a young family of four stayed in it. They were able to join the family or hide out as they needed. Our visiting two-year old loved saying he was sleeping in a bus! Jeff communicated everything we needed and was prompt for appointments. No surprises, no drama, no problems. Couldn't have been better.

Jeff has an RV with a lot of issues that he knows about and failed to say anything until those things went wrong on our trip. We had a very difficult weekend for which he said he felt very sorry during our trip. We got back, went over the RV return, signed off on what was owed on both sides, and walked away. Two days later, Jeff makes absurd claims against me, no explanation, which Outdoorsy simply pays him out on without consulting me or asking me my side. Outdoorsy thus far has refused any review of the situation; apparently their policy is, if your RV owner wants to withhold any part of your security deposit for any reason, they will not review that, they will simply let them do it and make you go to arbitration.

Jeff was thorough from the beginning. The motor home rides just fine and the interior is immaculate. Had a fantastic weekend with my kids thanks to Jeff.
