If you are looking for an economic option for a tent trailer and just need basic functionality, this would be a good option. It is an older model trailer with quite a bit of damage. I found out the morning of the rental that the faucet was broken and would constantly run. When I arrived to pick-up the trailer, the tires were low and then we found out the lights didn't work. I specifically mentioned the lighting setup I had on my vehicle and was told that it would work fine. It didn't. after I took the trailer to get the tires filled, I wasted another 1.5 hours trying to get the right adapter for the lights...nothing worked. Eventually 4 hours after the pickup time, the trailer was delivered with only part of the lights working (Brakes and one turn signal). Nothing was done to compensate me for my time or a trailer with working lights. Unless this is fixed, I would never rent this again

We had a great time! The trailer is beautiful, clean and easy to use. Can’t wait to use it again.

The listing advertises a "purple mattress" on the bed, which the owner had taken out and not removed from the advertising. The water pressure was a little tiny stream, like you could barely wash your hands and defiantly could not clean or wash dishes with the pressure which when I text her she knew about but did not tell us when we picked it up. The shower was full of hair so we did not even use that - thank goodness we had nice clean restrooms/showers at our campsite. We chose not to use the trailer bathroom at all, but apparently one of my sons peed in the toilet without me knowing and so Shanna charged a claim to our card of $45. WOW!! We went above and beyond on cleaning the inside of the trailer as well as the outside upon returning it - which the outside was dusty and dirty when we picked it up. Totally a dishonest owner, I would defiantly not rent from her again and recommend anyone else staying clear of renting from her as well.

Shanna and her husband great and easy to communicate with before and during our trip. They were very accommodating with their rig and it was clean. We would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in renting their trailer.

Very clean, nice trailer and Shanna was good to work with! Responded when we had questions throughout our trip and everything went smoothly. The only thing with this trailer is, make sure your camping spot has the right electricity hookups capable of supporting the A/C or it flips the breaker off often. Other than that it is great!
