While having done many VRBO vacation rentals, this was our first RV rental experience and was pleasantly surprised how seamless the OUTDOORSY process was. Lisa, the owner was great, good level of communication. We used the unit as an extra bedroom for family overflow at the cottage and it was perfect for that. We chose to wash the bed cover and mattress pad. A bit worn but that was expected for a 2005 unit. All systems worked OK.

Everything was as listed, Lisa was easy to deal with. Good trailer, would rent again.
