William and his entire family were kind, friendly and dependable! We asked to be picked up and dropped off from the airport when we booked the RV several months in advance. When something came up he sent his kids to pick us up. He didn't leave us stranded at the airport and we appreciated that so much. We would not hesitate to rent from him again. The RV is in great condition and has super low miles. We had a great experience renting from him and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the PNW thanks to his family!

We dry camped for 4 nights and had an issue with the battery. Bill and Michele drive 2 hours each way to make it right - quite simply, they were full of integrity and customer service. Their RV is the nicest for the price that we’ve ever rented - by far. Don’t hesitate to book this for your trip!
