The owner is very nice. However, the camper had a bad smell the first night so we didn’t use it. We were not offered a partial discount or anything. He did come the 2nd day and fix it. We were able to stay in it the 2nd night. Not worth the over $900 for 1 night to sleep in the camper. My 3 star rating is definitely for the value of what we got.

Seriously considering purchasing an Airstream when we retire in a year or so, and the rental from Hugo was a perfect trial run for us.
This was an 8-night trip with a combination of campground with hookups and overnighting in parking lots with no hookups; just the power from our truck to power the Airstream.
The entire experience with Hugo and this trailer was so easy and comfortable. Communication was easy and Hugo was always quick to respond to any questions while we were on the trip. Great host!
The trailer and hitch were perfect for our tow vehicle and the Airstream was fully equipped and ready for the trip with a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and bed linens.
Will definitely rent again!

The Airstream was perfect for our 5-day trip, camping both on and off the grid. Camper slept 5 comfortably and Hugo was great to answer questions quickly before we departed. Plan to rent again next year!

Hugo was super nice to deal with and very helpful. I texted him a couple of times with questions as I was setting up the trailer and he always responded in a few minutes. The trailer was very nice and had everything in it that we needed. I will say that an aluminum Airstream trailer may not the best choice for summer camping in Texas. It was great at night or even in the the morning. But in the afternoon, in 100 degree plus weather the A/C could not keep the trailer cool. Even thought we had a reasonable shady campsite. But if it is not going to be 100 degrees outside where you are going, or if you are not going to be in the trailer in the afternoon I would definitely recommend this trailer.

Hugo was great, very communicative and super easy to work with. He made the setup/tear down simple. Our event went so well!
