About fernando's RV rentals
Hello! We are a family of four, sometimes five when we bring our nephew along! We have always been tent campers until we got into the trailer life (the wife likes glamping). We enjoy going on long road trips and getting away for the weekend. We love being outdoors and with family. Our trailer is truly our home away from home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We had a great time with Fernando’s RV camper .
It was clean . Everything was in working condition .
Fernando took the time to go through all the little details . Gave us the back up camera and tow hitch as well .
As a first time renter of RV Camper we were bit nervous , but fernando made us feel comfortable renting his trailer . Will definitely rent again from him .

Unit was set up correctly to electricity by the owner so our guests spent two nights in 30 to 40 degree weather freezing. Owner was open to communication or this would be a zero star review. After returning unit was charged $400 of deposit with no support of charge other then a few photos of four receipts that didnt equal $400.00. Nor were the charges supported and basically bogus. Be aware your deposit is in control of owner and Outdoorsy can not refund even if they side with you on validity of claim. We learned this the hard way....BE AWARE

Our trailer was plugged into their "dirty" outlet that could not support our trailer. In a parking lot off to the side at the Army and Navy Academy. Their outlet blew our electrical which caused hundreds of dollars of damage to our trailer which was NOT charged. We also have a NO pet policy because our son is severely allergic to animals, we have that posted right on the wall when you walk in, it is also listed in our description. That was not respected as our trailer was full of dog hair... which is a minimum $100. (charged). Not only did Crystals family have a dog but they also took our protective mattress covers off which made us have to get them steam cleaned. We filled up her tanks with fresh water as requested. We also dumped for them and filled up propane. Her kids who occupied the trailer dented and scratched the walls and they did not get charged for that as its normal wear and tear, we do understand things happen and trailers are small pleaces. We did not charge them for the whole new converter we had to buy. They called us out during their rental to try and diagnose the problem because something happened over night... as everything worked when we dropped off. Heaters run off of propane not electricity like she thinks so she was upset she was charged for propane. To turn the heater on the thermostat needs to work but didnt work due to her outlet. Every single problem Crystal had was due to the outlet blowing our electrical in the trailer. We offered to pick it up early and they declined. They still wanted to rent it. Our trailer has had 3 back to back successful trips after hers on other platforms..... OWNERS BEWARE OF THIS RENTER!!!!!!!!!!!!
