About Judy's RV rentals
Hello! Thanks for viewing our Mini called "Summer". We are a family of three who love camping at the beach. I am a home inspector and mold inspector who values cleanliness and functioning appliances! I've put a lot of time into keeping the Mini up to date, clean and well maintained. I hope you soon get exploring and "camper camping" (my hubby and son came up with that because they spend all day in the cozy camper watching tv)!

Judy was very professional and was very prompt with communication. We were only two adults, however, we felt like the RV could comfortably accommodate two adults and two small children. We enjoyed using her RV. It was in very good condition. We would rent from her again. I should mention that the driveway where they store the RV has a pretty deep dip. You will want to make sure that you have a somewhat high hitch receiver on your car to avoid bottoming out.

So glad to hear you were happy with your RV rental experience! You were easy to work with as well! Yes, the hitch receiver should be 15 to 17” on center measured from the ground on a flat surface.

This was our first camping trip ever, and Judy made it so easy from start to finish. She answered each question I had in a timely manner. We kept in touch since the day we booked the trailer, the day we arrived, and during the stay. The trailer is in great condition and is fully equipped with everything you need for your trip. It accommodated me and my family (wife & 2 kids) very nicely. We are very happy with the whole experience. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely rent this trailer again!

We had an amazing time with Judy's Summerland Mini! It was the perfect size for our family of four - two adults and two teens (13 and 15, but both pretty much adult-sized). My 15-year-old daughter said the bottom bunk felt like sleeping in a fancy pod hotel in Japan, so she thought that was cool. My 13-year-old son slept in the top bunk, but with a maximum weight of 300 lbs, any of us could have. The two adults slept on the queen bed in the front which was super comfortable and even came with pillows which I had forgotten to bring. We didn't use the dinette bed, but it would have easily provided room for a fifth person to sleep. The whole trailer was outfitted perfectly with a single cup coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, cups, really nice-sized coffee mugs (hate it when they are too small!) and utensils. We ended up eating out most of our short trip, so didn't really cook, but definitely could have! Judy also made sure to include sheets and comforters for all the beds, even the dinette, as well as bath towels, kitchen towels and washcloths, toilet paper, and paper towels.
