The vehicle we rented was in bad shape. The rear tire was bald and blew out on the way to our concert, like 20 miles in. Host also had an expired inspection sticker which means he isn’t keeping up maintenance on the van. We had to get road side assistance and pay $323 for a new tire which nobody will take accountability for. I will NEVER use outdoorsy again or the host A. Simon. The host also tried to blame a preexisting dent seen in the pictures we took before leaving his driveway! Shady is an understatement! Will be pursuing suing via civil lawsuit. He put the lives of -5 people at risk with his vehicle.

Everything was perfect. Van was ready - clean, in great shape! Host was exceptional. Efficient with all forms for pickup and drop off. As easy as any rental experience I've ever had.
