Jordan is a great host & was very responsive & accommodating. The Van was an upgrade offered from our original booking, with a lot more amenities, we really appreciated it! The AC really makes the van an ice box, which was so nice for sleeping and cooling down. The bed is very comfy & big, with plenty of room for 2+ people. The Van comes with everything you need for a camp trip, just have to pack some clothes and food. The mini fridge works well, & the van had so much storage! The Van met my expectations, and was the best home for the weekend during our camping trip.

Had to refill propane, but was reimbursed cost. The gray water was full so had to dump at beginning of trip. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Refrigerator didn’t work on the propane. And sensor kept beeping requiring us to mute it. The roof doesn’t pop up and stay in its own with the right front drooping down. Still functioning, but would’ve been nice to have full head clearance.

Very disappointing experience. Starting with the host. Host did not show up as planned to explain anything about pop up camper.
No docs of any kind related to rental in the truck to review or sign. We spent 1.5 hours on the phone trying to work out things with Outdoorsy.
At campground check in- expired truck registration. Expired tag.
NO - water from sink faucet/ electricity from wall plug/ towels/ coffee maker/ microwave/ outside shower.
Refrigerator never got cold. Freezer does not work.
NO city water hook up.
Almost NOTHING EXPLAINED.
White grease pencil numbers and letters on windshield, SKETCHY.
Camper is 2018 NOT 2019 as listed.
This appears to be a SHAM.
A way to scam a little money.

I cannot believe they’re able to rent this trash RV. The sliding door was broken. The drivers side window button was broken. The blankets and pillow covers were filthy (photos posted). The lights inside the van were broken. The seats in the front were torn up. And the entire van smelled like urine especially when it got warm outside 🤢 There was trash in the van from previous renters (cigarette butts and beer bottle caps). When I reported these things the owner said “sorry for the inconvenience”. Terrible rental. Do not rent this van.

Van was great, pick up and drop off were very easy. Jordan was super accommodating and sweet!

Jordan was responsive and answered questions quickly. The biggest issues I had with the van was the fridge having mold and being very dirty. The van smelled like mildew, the power charger box was out of battery, the sink was clogged and the top of the water tank was broken so we had to manually unclog the sink every time.
