Van was great, pick up and drop off were very easy. Jordan was super accommodating and sweet!

Jordan was responsive and answered questions quickly. The biggest issues I had with the van was the fridge having mold and being very dirty. The van smelled like mildew, the power charger box was out of battery, the sink was clogged and the top of the water tank was broken so we had to manually unclog the sink every time.

My friends and I enjoyed our trip to Big Bear, but the vehicle had several issues. The oil was overdue for a change, the tank was only a quarter full at pickup, six error codes showed on the dash, and the back taillight was out (resulting in a stop by police). The solar system didn’t fully charge, leaving the battery at 20%, and a piece of trim from a previous sideswipe was sticking out. The owner assured us it was “mechanic-approved,” but the condition didn’t meet expectations and wasn’t worth the cost.

They were booking issues , half my fault, and partly due to communication. When I received the van after being told, the app works like Airbnb, the van was dirty. There was food in between the cushions, the blankets and sheets did not smell good and there was gross smudges on the cabinets. If this was an Airbnb, there is an expectation of cleanliness and upkeep. Also broken and damaged cabinets would be fixed. Most Airbnb have a house Manuel that tells you how to work everything in the house. This would’ve been nice in the van instead of trying to figure it out fly. Never did figure out the backup camera, thank god I did not need it.
Once I figured out how to set up the bed, it was very comfortable.
Overall not a horrible experience but it is time to give the van some TLC.

Jordan was very accommodating. We had a mechanical issue early on, and Jordan worked closely with us to satisfactorily resolve things. No problems on pickup or drop off. Would definitely rent from Jordan again.

I was promised a Mercedes and the van was a Dodge. The van was dirty and discusting. The cabinets were broken slammed open and closed every time I made a turn. I returned the van within hours of picking it up and confirmed with Jordan that I was returning it. He is now fighting me about returning my payment for 10 days of rental and will not respond to my messages. I would never do business with Jordan Queckboerner.
