The van is beautifully redecorated, has a well designed interior and small footprint, perfect for a family with small children. Allison was very communicative and the van description was accurate. The only complication was picking up and dropping off the van, which is a significant distance from Traverse City, and finding a ride was challenging.

This was a great way to explore the UP. It had everything we needed. Plus it is adorable. Highly recommend.

This was a great trip to Maine for my wife and I. The van was is amazing! Allison thought of everything and was very helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommend renting Eddie or any of the vans from Safe and Sonder.

Excellent stay, communication, and experience. We stayed off grid for 4 days/nights powering the fridge, a c-pap, lights, phones, etc. and returned with over 60% battery left. Bed was a little tough for a 6'2" & 5'8" couple -- we missed extending our legs, but it still beat sleeping on a forever deflating air mattress in a tent! Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing first vanlife trip with this van. It was clean, comfortable, and very well prepared, which made the experience easy and enjoyable from the start. They were able to accommodate us on short notice, and they did a great job with communication, setup, and making sure we had everything we needed. It was obvious they care about the experience they provide. The van ran great and helped make our trip memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable adventure.

Allison is awesome and we loved traveling in Eddie! Smooth ride and the van accommodations look exactly like photos - so beautiful! Our friends joined us and rented another one of S&S vans as seen in photos. Hope to rent again next year!

First time van-life experience and it was GREAT!! Allison gave us a great tour of the van and she made sure we knew how everything worked. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and can wait to plan our next adventure with Safe +Sonder!!
