One of my guests broke a window panel and there was a bad storm during my rental which caused damage to the awning. I offered immediately to pay for the window damages if they gave me a price. The storm damage is clearly covered by Outdoorsy's insurance policy. They sent a vague message the next day claiming I was responsible for all the damages, took the full $500 security deposit and then stopped communicating after that.

Excellent experience with owners. They answered all of my questions throughout my rental. The RV is very nice and very clean. Highly recommend.
