5Acerca de Mike Davis
Hello! I'm a Military Recruiter who love's taking the wife and kiddos on adventures in our lil camper any chance we get. We have lived here two years and are originally from Wyoming. So, we are just as eager to explore all that the beautiful state of Arizona has to offer. If you are looking to camp near a lake, we really enjoy going up to Roosevelt Lake and enjoying a day on the boat. Our lil Camper has treated us great on our trips and look forward to sharing the experience. Our Kids are 4 and 6 and love the bunks beds. If you have any questions, feel free to message any time!

Second, the Wolfpup Limited camper trailer worked well for us; family of 3 adults and 2 kids. The trailer is approximately 23 ft long and weighs 3800 GVW empty; it can be pulled by a midsized SUV or truck but I recommend a 1/2 ton frame or better truck/SUV (I estimate our tow weight at around 5000 GVW with a full fresh water tank, generator, propane, luggage, camping gear, food, and miscellaneous items...lots of storage area). In high winds and towing up/down steep grades, 1/2 ton or better vehicle is safer. We picked up trailer with a midsized SUV but switched to a 1/2 ton crewcab pickup and drove 4,228 miles; Tucson, AZ to Mount Rushmore, SD to Glacier National Park, MT to Yellowstone National Park, WY to Grand Teton National Park, WY and back to Tucson. The trailer was easy to hook/unhook (including fresh water, electricity, and sewage) and towed very well at various speeds and road conditions. Despite the trailer's short to moderate length/width, if your mirrors do not extend for towing, use trailer mirror extensions for safety. Michael offers unlimited hours for generator use, which is great for "boondocking" or dry camping. We did all our cooking outside, but the propane system runs the heater, and fridge (when off electricity) fairly efficiently; 18 day trip, used approximately 19 lbs of LP (fridge always on, heater used at night). Michael provides two 15 lb tanks of LP. Things do move around inside when towing, so be sure to use totes and have heavy items on the floor (cabinets above table opened routinely); push fridge & freezer doors close to ensure latching (don't over fill). A/C worked well for the elevation and climate we were in.
We had a great trip full of memories. Thanks!
