Mark was great. He was very helpful. When we arrived he had trailer setup, but the site wasn’t very good. We found a different site by some trees. He moved the trailer with no problem. Would rent from him again.

The trailer was just as described in the rental listing. Beautiful and spacious inside and very clean. All the items listed as included were present in the trailer and that made our trip much easier, as we didn't have to load items such as chairs and cookware, etc. The only issue with the trailer, was a freshwater leak at the connection behind the toilet. Hard water build-up appears to be the culprit.
To protect the flooring, I placed a plastic trash bag down behind the toilet and placed a rolled-up towel on top to catch the dripping. The owner/Mark had apparently been looking for this leak and is now able to make the needed repair. (hard to find this time of year with the extreme temperatures keeping everything so dry)
We are very happy with our experience with Mark and Outdoorsy, thanks again for a smooth rental experience.
