I had a lovely experience renting this RV!! The vehicle was exactly as described and pictured, everything we used worked without any issues (A/C, power generator, propane for fridge and freezer, microwave, indoor shower, electric awning). Sleeping on any of the beds was comfortable (6 adults). The RV was easy to drive and operate. Lots of exterior storage. William was very responsive and helpful before/during/after our trip, and we really appreciate his flexibility on our pickup/return times. Our group is grateful for such a smooth and positive rental experience - we wouldn't hesitate renting from William again.

ALL WAS FINE. OWNER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING, UNIT WAS CLEAN. ONLY TWO SERIOUS POINTS OF DISAPOINTMENT. FIRST, THE RIGHT PASSENGER SIDE FRONT TIRE WAS BEYOND WORN. 1-1/2" OF ZERO TREAD AND CHUNKS OF THE RUBBER WERE DISPLACED.......IT WAS THE WORST CONDITIONED TIRE THAT I HAVE EVER PERSONALLY DRIVEN ON. IT WAS UNSAFE TO BE DRIVING ON A TIRE IN THAT CONDITION. AND PLEASE......I AM NOT OVERREACTING.....SEE ATTACHED PHOTO. I DO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT INSISTING ON THE TIRE BEING CHANGED OUT PRIOR TO TAKING THE VEHICLE, BUT WE WERE ON A TIME SCHEDULE. ADDITIONALLY, THE VEHICLE HAD ZERO COOKING UTENSILS OR LINENS OF ANY KIND OTHER THAN THE BEDDING....WHICH WAS DIRTY AND FULL OF HAIR............WE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE TIRE.......BUT WE WERE ON MOUNTAIN PASSES AND OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT.......IT COULD Have BEEN THE OPPOSITE SITUATION. NO ONE SHOULD EVER LEASE/RENT A VEHICLE WITH TIRES IN THAT CONDITION.

We had a great time cruising California in William’s Four Winds RV! He was a great communicator and got back to us quickly. The RV was the perfect size for a family of five. Thanks again, William!!

Prior to departure asked few specific questions. One to measure exact length of RV as the campground had restrictions, this was never done for us as promised. Also asked specifically about a car seat hookup and told yes. Being first timers to the RV scene we were looking forward to the walk through tour prior to departure. The “hour walk around” was 10 minutes and William was Not present. We had many unanswered questions, such as electric, fridge, and properly shown how a car seat will safely secure. William still has not returned a call all weekend, claiming too busy, working, or driving. However was able to research and find YouTube videos to send us. Unprofessional, was not given the help that was requested. Wasted time and money on certain features. Front driver speaker is blown and makes a horrific noise for the whole trip, that was fun to listen to. The stove top is unsafe and not secured to the RV, besides the hazard it squeaks and rattled the whole ride. Combine that with not being able to listen to the radio due to the blown speaker, and you get quite the headache. Back up camera is useless, the interior screen on dashboard is barley visible when backing up. Also was given a half broken key for compartments, that unfortunately broke while packing up the rig before we hit the road. We then had to take time and money out of our own pocket to drive a different vehicle to the residence to pick up a new key, adding time to our trip. We were told it was on us to figure something out about the situation.

We are sorry that your trip and our customer service were not up to your standard. In regards to providing an answer on the length of the vehicle that information was provided directly from the user's manual, asking us to measure the vehicle ourselves would not change the answer on length which was within the standard you provided for your campsite. There is absolutely a connection to attach a car seat, as explained, however installing the seat is not a service we offer for liability reasons. The stove top is designed to lift to allow for easy cleaning and the clips do squeak some while driving, but there is no need for concerning safety as you should not attempt to cook while the vehicle is moving. We do appreciate you properly dumping the tanks as required and the fee for fuel was simply to re-fill the tank as it was returned at 3/4 of a tank, shown clearly in the post trip pictures submitted in the app. We also understand that situations do arise while on your trip and did not charge for the broken screen door cover that was found under the couch on return, the key that was broken, or the safety harness that the hardware was ripped down from the ceiling. I would like to say Thank You for bringing to our attention the screen for the radio/backup camera so we can have that looked at by a professional and have it repaired if necessary. I do apologize for not calling you while I was at work; it was easier, faster, and more acceptable considering where I was at the time, to send you a video outlining the operation of the refrigerator.
