We had a delightful experience renting from Sarah and Jeremy. The van was perfectly set up for a small family. The rig was easy to drive, comfortable, and had many thoughtful upgrades. We highly recommend their Winnebago Travato and hope to rent from them again in the future.

The main battery of the RV could not hold a charge for more than about an hour or so. We were at a National Park campground, so we were not able to run the generator except for very limited periods. This meant that at night when there was no sun for the solar recharge and no generator we had no lights, no power for the refrigerator an no pump for showers . This meant we were basically camping in a metal tent with no amenities. We paid a lot to rent the RV, so we could have amenities, but when we needed them, they didn't work. We cut our trip short by one day because it just wasn't any fun.

We appreciate the feedback from this renter however the experience that this guest had was due to them being parked under tree cover for the duration of their trip. The van has multiple avenues to charge the lithium batteries such as the alternator when the van is driving, solar, gas generator and shore power when plugged in. When relying simply on the solar the van cannot sustain charge for multiple days without being charged back up with either shore power or parking in a camping spot with more sun exposure. Had the guest reached out to us while on trip we could have provided solutions to help mitigate this problem. We did however take this guest review to heart and have made serious upgrades to the van directly after their rental. We have upgraded the van with a much larger 425 watt solar panel as well as replaced the shore powered rooftop AC to a battery powered AC so that guest can enjoy the AC even when not plugged in. Future guest should not have this issue moving forward.

We had a wonderful time together enjoying the outdoors. We traveled about 1700 miles, the RV drove comfortably. Jeremy and Sarah were great hosts.

This van was amazing! It was the perfect setup for our family getaway to Yosemite. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the outdoors with ease and comfort.

Had an amazing trip in Jeremy and Sarah's rig. It had everything we needed and they are terrific hosts! We hope to repeat this adventure and will certainly be going back to them when we do. Wholeheartedly recommend them!

Excellent trip, RV was great, handle well, very comfortable. Went to Death Valley and Joshua tree and couldn’t have been happier. Took our new Jack Russell Terrier puppy and everything went smoothly.
