We had a great two-night stay in this van. All-terrain tires and its length allowed us to sleep comfortably in a variety of environments from LA to Sequoia. Scott was friendly, responsive, and flexible. A great experience that we'd gladly repeat!

Scott’s Great Adventure Van was great, and so was Scott! My husband and I decided to social distance ourselves from the usual - and this year’s not so usual - Thanksgiving happenings, and needed a big van to help us pull it off. The van provided tons of room for us and our pups during our stay on the Kern River, plus it drove like a dream. The van also came with a super comfy futon and some helpful extras that made our trip even more enjoyable - not to mention some much needed insulation as the temperature on the Kern dipped to 30 degrees at night. Scott was communicative from start to finish, and also very accommodating with our timing. This was an excellent experience all around. Thanks, Scott!

Scott’s van helped us having an amazing experience exploring both the beaches and Joshua tree of California. Well equipped with everything needed to be self-sufficient and it drove like a champ! We even drove the van through busy Hollywood and the size is doable in heavy traffic as well. Scott was communicative and flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. I’d definitely rent from Scott again!

Scott's van was nothing short of amazing. He was super helpful from the moment we booked until we returned the van. Upon picking it up he made sure to go over every little detail of the van and its amenities to make sure we knew where everything was and how to use it. The van came with some useful camp gear and was very comfortable for my brother and I on our 2 day surf trip to the San Clemente area. He even threw in a surfboard for an extra $25/day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get off the grid for a few days!

This was my first time renting with Outdoorsy and also my first time going car camping. I have to say that Scott was super kind and extremely communicative. The van was exactly what he described and served it's purpose 100%. We took it out to the desert and had the time of our lives. Pick up and return was a breeze! I would definitely consider renting through Scott again for any future camping trips!

Great rental. Reliable. Was just as the post described. The AC was a little inconsistent when going uphill or accelerating, but I mentioned it to Scott and he thinks he knows what the problem is now. The floor can get a bit warm when driving, so when you stop the interior is a kind of hot. If you rent, I recommend rolling the windows down to cool before you sleep to cool off if it's a hot day/night and bring something to deal with potential bugs. Otherwise good amount of storage space, fun to drive, and the tires make a big difference when driving over different surfaces.

Scott was a great host. He was very communicative, and made the renting process very straightforward and easy. Van was just about exactly as described, and it served its purpose getting us across California for 5 days. Comforter in the back was comfortable enough to get decent sleep during our camping nights.
Unfortunately, I had an issue with the door handle in which it somehow broke, just with regular use. As a result, I had to pay for (most of) repair / replacement part fees of a few hundred dollars.
I trust that Scott did his best to accommodate for this mishap, but just advice for anybody planning to rent any older cars, to understand and assume the risks of these type of mechanical breakdowns that may unexpectedly occur.

We drove the car to arizona and did dispersed camping and got to see some pretty amazing places. The van has everything you need on the inside. Comfortable and perfect for our trip !

Scott was great and so was the van. Not luxurious but perfect for a getaway to Big Sur and being able to see some of the more off the beaten path sites. We were comfy and cozy.

Scott is super personable and answered my questions about parking after I picked up the van quickly. He was accommodating when I had a slight schedule change on the pick-up. The van is clean and stocked with camping essentials. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Great times had!! Thanks, Scott!
