The aircondition was terrible - I wish I had taken a picture of the AC inside the camper - filthy is not close to how dirty it was. The outside plug totally burnt - not properly installed or was damaged from over usage? eitherway - shut down camper completely! We had to pay for the material and instalation - since we were unable to get a response form Outdoorsy/owners. Our daughter had to leave Thursday due to these circumstances. We departed Saturday - as we could not take the cirmcumstances any more.

We had the best experience renting form Jenn And Justin! everything was super smooth and they were really helpful with any questions that we had.

Justin and Jenn were exactly on time to set up the RV. They walked us through everything and were quick and thorough. The RV had every we needed and was super clean! Definitely would rent from them again.

Justin, was very nice and helpful and if we needed anything he was just a text or call away. I would rent again from him ,camper was nice and clean , clean linens and camper was furnished with silverware pots and pans and cleaning supplies . Thank You Justin and Jenn for a great rental.

Justin was great. Set up in a timely manner. Went over everything with me. Camper was very clean as promised and comfortable. Had a wonderful time.
