Brian is a top-tier host. I wanted an RV for an outdoor camping event I volunteer with to run security, and when my original RV reservation canceled out of the blue, Brian messaged me to let me know that he had an available RV to rent. He assuaged my anxieties about coordinating with delivery (with a strict gated and ticketed entrance to the festival, I was worried he'd have a hard time getting in), and worked with me before the event even happened to make sure he would be able to park the RV exactly (down to the foot of placement based on our map!) where we wanted it. He explained how to work everything and took the time to show me how to use every feature of the RV.

As I told you, I aim for decent and sometimes overshoot. I have the feeling we'll be seeing each other again. You and your cohorts that I met gave a great impression of the event, and made it much more likely I would be attending in the future. Having campers like you makes it easier to put the RV out there for use.

Brian was great to deal with. Told him we were going to Talladega for the race and it was excited for us to use the RV for the trip. He was super easy to deal with and helped explain everything with the RV to ensure our experience was amazing.

We had an awesome trip with Brian's trailer. It was clean, we'll supplied, and organized and Brian's instructions helped ensure that our trip went as smoothly as possible. We can't wait to go again!

Awesome camper! Knowledgeable owner! Camper is clean and easy to tow with lots of upgrades. It was light on my Ford Explorer. Comes with everything you need to have a nice time.

This experience was definitely a 5-star trip from start to finish. Our first booking with another Outdoorsy trailer got cancelled last minute on the day of departure. But Outdoorsy helped us find and book with Brian. And he jumped to task and helped us on such short notice so our weekend was not ruined. Brian was extremely thorough with his tutorial on working the hook-up to the trailer. He took extra time because we were newbies and that was certainly appreciated. The Coleman Lantern trailer was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was super clean - and brand new - and all the things you need, he included. This is definitely a great experience and Brian made it happen. I highly recommend using Brian's trailer. We will do it again.
