I had an excellent experience renting this RV via Outdoorsy. My experience was great with the RV, with the Owner and with Outdoorsy.1. The owner, Matthew, was very responsive all through the process, starting with the selection process, through the delivery, my family using the RV and the pickup process. We messaged via Outdoorsy while I was selecting which RV to rent, and he got back to me quite promptly. There were some delays that were reasonable because of his job. While I had the RV and it was being delivered and picked up, we communicated via texts on our phones, and he was equally responsive. We even talked on the phone a few times when I had questions about things like letting the water out of the gray and black water tanks. He did an excellent job delivering the RV. The campground that I got the site from allowed me to deliver the RV the day before because I paid for a week but arrived on Day 2. He delivered the RV the night before. It was all setup and ready to go with the Fridge turned on and cooled down and the AC running on low-cool when we got there at 9:00 the next morning.2. The RV was in great shape and fit my family’s needs very well. It was clean when it was delivered. One of the reasons that I picked it was because it came with all the necessary amenities: sheets, bedding, pillows, blankets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, eating utensils, mugs, cups, mixing bowls, etc. It even had some salt, pepper and a few other spices. There were also some outdoor amenities: 2 nice chairs, a rack for hanging wet clothes, skewers for cooking hot dogs over the fire and smores. The fridge worked well, and the AC worked well (the AC has a Low and a High setting in Auto-Cooking). It took us most of the first day to discover this. When we did, it made all the difference and the AC truly cooled the RV down, even during some very hot days. (There was also a box fan that blew the AC into the bunk bed areas.) The RV also had a book of about 10 pages with instructions on what to do to setup the RV, as well as troubleshooting some problems. This document was very helpful.3. Outdoorsy was excellent to deal with as well. When I had a question or needed help, I spoke to someone over chat, and they helped me very quickly and professionally.I would definitely use Outdoorsy again for such an RV rental, and I would definitely rent this RV from Matthew again.
